Two plans.
One model.
Nothing bolted on.

Priced per user, per month. Both plans are the same system — what changes is how much of it you are standing on.

Roadmap — proposal to plan

Work enters here.
An invoice
leaves there.

Pick a plan and the route rebuilds around it. Each stop lists the records that module reads and writes — so what you are buying is visible as the work it carries, not a feature list.

Coverage map — two plans

What each plan
reaches.

A plan is not a different product with features switched off at the edges — it is how much of the same model you are standing on. Visionary adds modules, and each module brings its own records into reach.

The floor — in both plans

Every plan
includes.

Not a starter tier with the useful parts held back. Both plans run the whole practice — what the upper one adds is the structure a larger firm needs to see across it.

Client & group records

One client record every module reads from — contacts that cascade through a group, entity type, year end, and a timeline of what actually happened rather than what somebody remembered to log.

Email intake

Inbound client mail matched to the client it came from, then filed, replied to, or turned into a project, a sub-task or a time entry — without retyping any of it somewhere else.

Projects & workflow

Recurring work generated on schedule, a board showing where every file sits, grouped task checklists, and progress derived from the tasks rather than typed into a box.

Time & timesheets

Capture on desktop or phone, weekly submission and approval, leave and internal time — every entry tagged to the client, project and activity it belongs to.

Billing & WIP

WIP by engagement and project, invoices built from the time behind them, credit notes, and sales tax resolved from the client's own location rather than a firm-wide guess.

Payments & receipts

A card payment link on every invoice, the payment recorded against it without anyone re-keying it, and a receipt the client can find later without asking you for it.

Client portal

Clients sign proposals, upload what was asked for against the request that asked for it, and see their own invoices and receipts — no second login for you to administer.

Document management

Every file stored against the client, the project and the request it answers. Retention is set by your firm, and a full export is a button rather than a support ticket.

Reporting that ties

Realization, recovery, WIP and utilization computed from the same records the work runs on — so the report and the file cannot quietly disagree.

Your data, in your country

Canadian and US residency, tenant isolation enforced at the database row, an audit log of every change, and an export of everything you hold, whenever you want it.

Everything above is in both plans. The coverage map shows what Visionary adds on top: engagements, and capacity planning.

Stack map — what the alternative costs

Six subscriptions.
Six copies of
your client list.

The comparison is not OneFirmOS against one competitor — it is one system against the stack a firm assembles when no single system covers the ground. Priced per user, per month, and counted in copies of client data as well as dollars.

Everything in this section describes the alternative stack, not OneFirmOS. Indicative bands for each role — not quotes, and not a comparison with any named product. Move the seats and replace the bands with what your firm actually pays.
