Where is our data stored?
Your data and documents are hosted in-region. Canadian firms and clients are stored in Canada (AWS ca-central-1); US clients are stored in US data centres. Residency follows each client's location automatically.
How is our data kept secure?
Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest in the database — not just in transit — and every firm's data is isolated with database-enforced row-level security, so one firm can never see another's. Access is role-based, and e-signatures are captured with a tamper-evident audit trail.
Can we migrate from our current tools?
Yes. During onboarding we import your clients, staff and tasks using guided CSV column mapping — you upload a file and map the columns, and we bring your practice across for you. Our team handles the heavy lifting.
Which AI providers are included, and how does it work?
OneFirmOS includes Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot. You choose which to use, and each conversation stays isolated by provider for security. The assistant can answer questions and draft proposals, clients and work tasks — always previewing changes for your confirmation first. Usage runs on simple per-plan credits, so there's no separate AI vendor bill to manage.
Is our clients' data isolated from other firms?
Completely. OneFirmOS is multi-tenant with row-level security enforced at the database, meaning your firm's records are walled off from every other firm on the platform.
How do we get support?
Every firm gets a built-in, two-way support ticketing system inside the app — submit an issue and track the conversation through to resolution. You can also reach us any time at support@onefirmos.com.
